A Virtuous Woman
"Who can find a virtuous Woman? Her worth is far above rubies. The heart of her husband trusts in her, she brings him good all the days of his life. She seeks wool and flax, and works willingly with her hands. She is like the merchant's ships; she brings food from afar. She rises before dawn and gives food to her household and servants. She considers a field and buys it; she plants a vineyard. Her trading is profitable, and her candle does not go out at night. She spins and sews and makes fine garments. She is compassionate and merciful to the poor and needy. She is not afraid of the snow for her household is clothed in scarlet. She is strong and honorable, wise and kind. She watches over her household and is not idle. Her children bless her, and her husband praises her. Giver her the fruit of her hands and let her works praise her in the gates. Proverbs 31."
